Why we build per industry instead of selling one playbook
The questions that decide a signed case, a booked patient and a replacement furnace have almost nothing in common, and the AI answers to them are built from different sources, held to different standards, and won with different work. A law firm gets cited for state-specific deadlines under an attorney's name; a plumber gets cited for an honest sentence about call-out pricing. One playbook flattened across both would lose both.
