Why SeoChopper exists
Before SeoChopper I spent years in technical SEO, mostly for small businesses: fix the site, get it ranking, watch the calls come in. Most of the work was the same, and most of it worked.
Then the pattern broke. Clients held their page-one rankings and told me their calls had dropped, and when I searched I understood why. Google's AI answer at the top of the page named two competitors and not them. They were ranking. They just weren't the answer.
That kept happening. Ranking had become the ticket in, not the prize. The businesses winning were the ones an AI could quote and could verify, and almost none of the agencies I saw were doing that work. So I built one that does.
SeoChopper does the search fundamentals, and then the layer most agencies don't: making your pages quotable, making your business consistent everywhere an AI looks, and reporting on whether you're actually being cited. Founder-led on purpose. Small on purpose.
Ranking became the ticket in, not the prize.
How I work
Five things you can hold me to.
I'll tell you what's realistic before you pay. Which terms are quick, which are a longer story, and which aren't worth chasing. That comes in the audit, not after the invoice.
Nothing gets invented. No fake reviews, no bought links, no numbers on a report you couldn't reproduce yourself by running the query.
One page, one job. Every page targets one thing and answers it properly. Volume for its own sake isn't a strategy.
You'll hear from me, not a dashboard. A monthly report in plain language, one page, and a call if you want one.
If we're not a fit, I'll say so. Some businesses need something I don't do well. Better to say that on the first call.
What I actually do, day to day
Three kinds of work, usually layered in this order.
Local search for service-area businesses sits under SEO and gets its own page.
What I don't do: paid ads, social media management, or web design beyond what SEO needs. If you need those, I'll point you to someone.
